IPPF publishes new youth sex guides International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) has released a sex entitlement advocacy guide for young people entitled Exclaim! Young people's guide to 'Sexual rights: an IPPF declaration', and a booklet entitled I Decide, which uses supposed first hand accounts of young people who had abortions and lived happily ever after, to lull girls into believing abortion is the easy way out of an untimely pregnancy. I Decide coaches girls on how others have sidestepped parental consent laws, advises them how to find abortion help online, and tells them if they use the abortion-inducing drug misoprostol, obtainable under false pretenses, the tablet should be placed under the tongue. One would expect the explanation would be that under the tongue is safer for the girl than Planned Parenthood's former protocol, which has led to severe sepsis and death in those using the drug off-label for abortion. But that is not Planned Parenthood's reason for the warning. PP suggests it be used under the tongue so no one will know the girl used the dangerous drug to induce abortion unless the girl tells them. I Decide is part of the IPPF Girls Decide program aimed at 10 to 19 year old girls. The fact that Planned Parenthood encourages girls to obtain misoprostol illegally and then hide the fact that they have taken the dangerous drug to induce an abortion is more proof of the abortion giant's malfeasance and unworthiness of taxpayer dollars. Exclaim! is a youth guide to IPPF's document 'Sexual rights: an IPPF declaration'introduced in June of 2009, which ushered in a new era in the abortion profiteer's devious social engineering plan: divorcing "sexual rights" from "reproductive rights"; declaring as a basic human right enjoyment of unfettered sexual activity, sexual autonomy for all, and protection from "forced maternity" as a result of sexual activity. Exclaim! demands that "adults, guardians, carers and the State have the responsibility to ensure that young people's [sex] rights are met at all ages," and demands further that "the evolving capacities of young people to autonomously exercise their [sex] rights must be recognized." It seeks to bar parents from deciding what type of sex information their children should receive, while demanding "channels of open and equitable communication with parents, guardians, teachers and other adults about sexuality and gender." It demands "liberalization of abortion legislation" and "access to a wide range of contraceptives" for young people. And it calls for states to insure that "sexual rights violators [such as parents who oppose their children's sexual involvement] are brought to justice." It uses the right to privacy to erect a wall between parents who would protect their children from dangerous sexual behavior, and the children whom it seeks to emancipate from parental control. It attempts to secure an entitlement to "identity papers that show a person's self-identified gender or sex"; in other words, biology has nothing to do with sexual identity, rather a person is male or female based on whether he or she says she is male or female. The booklet enunciates 3 bogus principles and 8 concocted rights that it says are inherent to young people's sexuality. The gist of the booklet is that all children and young people are entitled to sexual pleasure, and it is the job of adults and the government to insure the children and young people enjoy sex autonomously, according to their evolving capacity to do so. It encourages young people to fight "laws, policies, practices and attitudes that promote gender stereotypes and expression and remove parental involvement and spousal involvement laws." The last half of the booklet calls young people to advocate for Planned Parenthood's agenda, including instruction on how to use international treaties and conventions, which it says are legally binding, to "hold leaders accountable," and to use other international agreements to place pressure on leaders to respect "sexual rights." The index lists international and regional agreements that uphold the 8 purported sexual rights enunciated in the Exclaim! document. These booklets are an important part of Planned Parenthood's war on children and parents being conducted at the international level, and illustrate in detail how the abortion giant is using international treaties and agreements to force governments and parents to comply with its sick, twisted sexual agenda. Since similar IPPF documents have been distributed previously in a U.N. Girl Scout gathering, it is important that you notify your local youth leaders of IPPF's publication of these two booklets and warn them to keep them away from young people and teens, along with any other publication that bears the name or ideology of Planned Parenthood. Time for Planned Parenthood to be held accountable For years, STOPP has been asking hard questions about Planned Parenthood that remain unanswered, dealing with PP's malfeasance and expenditure of tax dollars. Planned Parenthood receives at least one third of its total income from taxpayer dollars, and yet it is not accountable to the taxpayers or even to Congress for how it spends that money. Last year we broke the story of Planned Parenthood's missing millions in the Washington Times. It is time that the hard questions were not only asked - but answered. It is time for Planned Parenthood to be held accountable for its malfeasance and expenditure of taxpayer dollars. This week Americans United for Life released a 180-page report stating its case against the abortion giant and calling for a congressional investigation of Planned Parenthood. The report incorporates many of the points that STOPP has been hammering for years. We are glad to see this call for an investigation into Planned Parenthood, and encourage all taxpayers to call your U.S. senators and representative today demanding that Planned Parenthood be officially investigated and defunded. Pro-Life Wisconsin asks AG to enforce abortion-training restrictions   From American Life League associate group Pro-Life Wisconsin:   On behalf of Pro-Life Wisconsin, the Alliance Defense Fund filed a formal request on Tuesday, July 5, with the Wisconsin Attorney General's office to confirm the illegality of and enforce the law against the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics (UWHC) Authority's payment of physician-residents for abortion training at Planned Parenthood in Madison. The recently-signed state budget specifically applies current law restrictions on abortion funding to the UWHC Authority.   "Our University of Wisconsin public entities should not be ground zero for training abortionists," said Virginia Zignego, communications director of Pro-Life Wisconsin and a UW-Madison graduate. "Residents need to be instructed how to save, preserve and respect life, not how to kill preborn children at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, the state's number-one abortion provider." Congratulations to Pro-Life Wisconsin for its work in uncovering Planned Parenthood's illegal activity and for pursuing action against the abortion giant.

Planned Parenthood in Waco being taken over by Austin affiliate   American Life League associate group Pro-Life Waco reports through its director Dr. John Pisciotta, that Planned Parenthood of the Texas Capital Region has pushed aside Waco's Planned Parenthood of Central Texas management. The current Waco CEO has been demoted to "Director of Community Affairs." The complete takeover of PP of Central Texas by the Austin affiliate is projected by 2012. Dr. Pisciotta asks that supporters write a letter to the editor of the Waco Tribune Herald in response to the takeover news, pointing out the dangers Planned Parenthood presents to the community. Letters can be sent to letters@wacotrib.com. "Don't hesitate to write a letter just because you live outside of Waco or outside of Texas," he said. "The Waco Trib loves to print letters from folks outside of Central Texas." Congratulations to Dr. Pisciotta and all the good folks in Waco who bring the fight to Planned Parenthood day after day. Community support for Planned Parenthood sex instruction eroding in Waco   Pro-Life Waco has scored another huge victory this week. Highly organized opposition to Planned Parenthood's annual sex indoctrination presentation, Nobody's Fool, has paid huge dividends. Because of a chain of personal visits, phone calls, emails and snail mails to last year's sponsors, dozens of names that were on last year's Nobody's Fool promotional flyer are not there this year. The most noteworthy, says Pro-Life Waco director Dr. John Pisciotta, is Camp Fire USA. He writes: In our communications to these nonprofit organizations and also to businesses, we exposed the peril of the Planned Parenthood immoral agenda by presenting (1) the year-by-year record of over 15,000 abortions committed by Planned Parenthood in Waco since 1994, (2) drawings from the pornographic book It's Perfectly Normal, which was given to children at Nobody's Fool during 2003-2005, (3) the vile website www.takecaredownthere.org created by Planned Parenthood of Columbia-Willamette and endorsed by Planned Parenthood Waco, (4) the teentalk.com (formerly teenwire) website created by Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and (5) the 2010 publication Healthy, Happy, and Hot! from International Planned Parenthood Federation. Truly, local people, businesses and non-profits do not want to be associated with the controversy that surrounds Planned Parenthood. Contacting and educating those sponsors and underwriters erodes community support for the abortion profiteer. Those who refuse to abandon PP and who are still complicit with Planned Parenthood after viewing Planned Parenthood's own words and websites should be publicly challenged. Protests of these businesses have proven very effective. Contacting, educating, and publicly opposing those who obstinately support and underwrite Planned Parenthood events should be a year-round priority for all pro-life activists.
