Call Now to Protect
Alternatives to Abortion!
Thank you to all of you who emailed your state lawmakers to safeguard Pennsylvania’s Alternatives to Abortion program. This week, we ask you to call PA Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman and House Speaker Bryan Cutler with this urgent message: I urge your office to take action to protect Pennsylvania’s Alternatives to Abortion program from harm. Senator Corman’s phone number is 717-787-1377 and Speaker Cutler’s number is 717-783-6424.
Background: The pro-abortion Wolf Administration is trying to redefine PA’s long-standing Alternatives to Abortion program, which has served hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvania women and their families wonderfully well for 25 years. Under this plan, pro-abortion groups could “help” reinvent the program in a way that would take it away from its mission of providing life-affirming alternatives to abortion for pregnant women. This would be an insult to the more than 300,000 pregnant women and their children who have been assisted by the program for more than two decades. For the sake of women and babies throughout the Commonwealth, we must protect this life-saving, life-changing program! Thank you for making these critical calls!

Protect Preborn Babies with Down Syndrome
PA House Bill 1500 would protect preborn babies who have been diagnosed with Down syndrome from the harm of abortion. Research indicates the vast majority of these babies are now aborted. People with Down syndrome contribute greatly to our communities and should be protected. Pro-Life Event in Hazleton
I'm Alive: Motorcycle Run and Concert for Life will be held June 5 at the The Amphitheater at the Community Park in Hazleton. The motorcycle run begins at 9 am and concert at 11 am. Maryann Lawhon, President of Pennsylvanians for Human Life Hazleton Chapter, an affiliate of the PA Pro-Life Federation, and host of The Voice of John on JMJ radio, will be one of the featured pro-life speakers.
