1. Be asked if they want to hear the fetus's heartbeat.
2. Be asked if they want to see the fetus on an ultrasound.
3. Be told that fetuses may feel pain, and they will be offered anesthesia for the fetus.
4. Receive a pamphlet with the words, “The life of each human being begins at conception. Abortion will terminate the life of a separate, unique, living human being.”
5. Are required to meet in person with a qualified professional at least a day before the abortion.
Perhaps hearts and minds will change, once they are armed with this information. Let's just hope that the person they are required to meet with, doesn't lie to them and try to undermine any of the above.
