Salvation of the Unborn By Robert Benson

The eternal destiny of infants who die unbaptized is one of the most
difficult questions to solve in the structure of the Church’s theology.

Many years ago, Bishop Lawrence Graziano, OFM, taught us
men while on retreat that we should pray for the unborn who have been
aborted like this: “By the blood that they have shed, may those babies
who have been aborted today, be baptized in the Name of the Father, and
the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” I have prayed that prayer every day for
40 years. Knowing that there are three forms of bapism, water, blood,
and desire, I feel sure that God, in His mercy, takes those children
into His Kingdom. I also read that in one of Our Lady’s apparitions, she
said that all those aborted babies are under her mantle, which means
they are with her in heaven! So, have hope and continue reading this
