Pro-Lifers Optimistic They Can Defeat Pro-Abortion CRPD Treaty
Pro-life advocates are optimistic they can defeat the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities treaty that could open the door to promoting abortion on an international scale.

The final vote on whether or not to ratify the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is scheduled for noon on Tuesday, December 4, says J. Michael Smith of HSLDA. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/12/03/pro-lifers-optimistic-they-can-defeat-pro-abortion-crpd-treaty/

Pope Benedict Joins Twitter; Greeted by Profane, Hateful Tweets
Pope Benedict joined Twitter today and was greeted by hateful tweets from Catholic bashers laced with profanity. Pope Benedict XVI s new Twitter account has been revealed, @Pontifex, and it already has more than 100,000 followers and is expected to be eventually followed by millions.

The Vatican revealed the new personal Twitter account for Pope Benedict XVI, and said the leader of the Catholic Church would answer one question about his faith every week with the first coming next Wednesday. Users of Twitter can send questions using the hashtag #askpontifex or #B16 and church officials said the first tweets from the account would come this week. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/12/03/pope-benedict-joins-twitter-greeted-by-profane-hateful-tweets/

Liberal Web Site Calls Prince William and Kate Middleton s Baby a Baby
News broke on Monday that Prince William and Kate Middleton are having a baby, but one top liberal website already has mistakenly referred to the baby as just that, a baby.

Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby, the announcement said. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/12/03/liberal-web-site-calls-prince-william-and-kate-middletons-baby-a-baby/

Amazing Video Shows Unborn Twins Fighting in the Womb
A new video is making the rounds on the Internet showing MRI images of twins that doctors are fighting in the womb. The amazing video, showing evidence of the humanity of babies before birth, came as researchers were trying to find out more about a rare blood disease that can complicate pregnancies called twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome.

The video from scientists at London s Center for Fetal Care shows two babies essentially pushing each other. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/12/03/amazing-video-shows-unborn-twins-fighting-in-the-womb/

Planned Parenthood Opposes Bill to Ban Sex-Selection Abortions
Republican and pro-life advocates were supposedly the ones engaging in a War on Women, but Planned Parenthood appears to be headlong into a new war on women, before birth.

Utah State Sen. Margaret Dayton is proposing legislation prohibiting abortions in the western state if sought because the baby is a girl. The measure may also prevent abortions if sought because the baby is black or another undesired race. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/12/03/planned-parenthood-opposes-bill-to-ban-sex-selection-abortions/

President Barack Obama wants pro-abortion Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz to stay for another term as the chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. The Florida congresswoman had been expected to stay in her post but a top DNC official said today that the president is supporting her.

A Roll Call report indicates Wasserman attended more than 850 campaign events in 31 states in the first 18 months of her tenure to support Obama s campaign for another four-year term. That includes events with the Planned Parenthood abortion business, which pumped $15 million into Obama s re-election bid. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/12/03/obama-wants-pro-abortion-democratic-party-chair-to-stay/

A massive pro-life vigil has been planned for tomorrow outside Dáil Éíreann at 4.30 p.m. local time. The Vigil for Life on Kildare Street has been promoted by a number of pro-life organizations in Ireland seeking to generate response to the exploitation by abortion campaigners of the death of a pregnant woman.
