PRAYING FOR THE UNBORN BABIES
Close to 100,000 Rosaries Prayed During May 4th - 6th Multinational Event
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE [U.S.A.] - (May 22nd, 2012) - A May 4th - 6th multinational pro-life prayer event had close to 100,000 Rosaries prayed for an end to the surgical and non-surgical killing of unborn human persons. The prayer event, known as the ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES and coordinated by the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization of Memphis, Tennessee(U.S.A.), had registrations come in from persons living in more than 70 nations. Those nations are:
Indonesia, Vietnam, Canada, Solomon Islands, Thailand, Costa Rica, Slovakia,
South Africa, Poland, Mexico, Malaysia, Venezuela, Chile, U.S.A., Nigeria, Wales,
Argentina, Kuwait, Australia, China, Kenya, Brunei, Malta, India, Italy, Philippines,
France, Malaysia, Romania, Portugal, New Zealand, England, Netherlands, Belgium,
Holland, Norway, Moldova, Ukraine, Nepal, Ireland, Scotland, Bahrain, Denmark,
Venezuela, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Trinidad, Pakistan, Switzerland, Germany,
Barbados, Croatia, Sweden, Qatar, Slovenia, Latvia, Peru, Dominican Republic,
Mauritius, Spain, Uganda, Austria, Finland, Singapore, Columbia, Cayman Islands,
Namibia, Lesotho, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, Zimbabwe, South Korea, Honduras,
Macedonia, and Guyana.
More than half of the Rosaries of the prayer event were prayed by students and other persons
associated with schools run by the Sisters of Mary in the Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, and
South Korea.
"I am greatly thankful for each person who prayed at least one Rosary for the unborn babies," said Patrick Benedict, spokesman for the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization. "And, I am very thankful for each person who let other people know about this prayer event."
On or before July 18th, 2012, the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization will begin promoting the multinational PRO-LIFE NOVENA FOR UNBORN BABIES. This annual Novena(September 29th - October 7th) is a time when Masses are offered, and Rosaries are prayed, for the following intention: For the protection of unborn human persons.
