...but as the world loses its sanity, this is no time to sit on the sidelines. There's simply too much at stake.

It's not just a critical election. On this week's episode of The 40 Days for Life Podcast, we break down 8 key areas where your response this fall will shape the future.

Marietta, Georgia

Dave in Marietta was pro-life for many years...but he never did anything to put his convictions into action.

Feeling that his spiritual life was lacking, Dave recommitted himself to prayer. Over time, he felt the Lord answering his prayers--by calling him out to pray with the local 40 Days for Life vigil.

Dave now holds down a weekly prayer shift at Planned Parenthood.

That type of dedication is saving lives and changing hearts in Marietta.

Rachel and Ann were getting in the car to leave their vigil shift when they noticed a couple entering Planned Parenthood. Quickly returning to the vigil site, Rachel reached out and scheduled the expectant mother for an ultrasound at the local pregnancy help center, where the mom chose life!

Aurora, Illinois

Catherine, who co-leads the 40 Days for Life campaign in Aurora, was delighted to meet two prayer warriors who definitely know what's at stake this fall.

"These beautiful ladies came all the way from Rockford--over two hours away--to attend the vigil," Catherine reported. "It was such an honor to pray with them."

But that wasn't the best news of the day. Catherine and her visitors prayed in front of an unexpectedly CLOSED Planned Parenthood megacenter.

"All the delivery trucks, mail [carriers] and [armored cars] could not complete their delivery or pick up."

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Genesis 2:7

Lord, we are yours. Thank you for breathing into us the breath of life. Thank you for claiming us as your own. May our words and actions in defense of human life proclaim to all the world that you alone are Lord of life and death, Lord of our freedom and of our choices.
