In 2023, Alabama Could End Abortion Forever
Dear Friends,
My name is Gualberto Garcia Jones, and I am a pro-life activist and a lawyer.
25 years ago, I had a deep pro-life conversion while I was an
engineering student in college. I realized that the fight to end
abortion was the human rights struggle of our age, so I vowed to devote
my life to fighting against the evil of abortion.
Today, I am excited to announce that the Personhood Alliance is planning
to bring a lawsuit in the most pro-life state in the country, to
definitively establish the personhood of the preborn in the state
constitution.
Please keep reading to find out how you can help.
For almost 20 years after becoming a lawyer, I felt so frustrated that
the courts were simply acting like politicians in robes: ignoring the
fundamental right to life which was written there for all to read, and
supplanting it with made-up legal doctrines for the sole purpose of
depriving the preborn child of his or her right to be born.
But not all courts behaved like judicial tyrants. For over a decade,
the Supreme Court of Alabama has been pushing the envelope to defend,
not just the right to life of the preborn, but their full personhood
rights.
In fact, in the last 11 years, the Alabama Supreme Court's Chief
Justice, Tom Parker, has raised the issue of the Personhood of the
preborn no fewer than ten times!
And when the state of Mississippi appealed the Dobbs decision
to the US Supreme Court, there was one judicial authority that they
relied upon more than any other to make their case for overturning Roe: it was the decision by Chief Justice Parker of the Alabama Supreme Court, in a case named Hamilton.
Abortion advocates are busy trying to convince state supreme courts
around the country to establish a "right" to abortion in the state
constitutions and we need to do the same for the right to life.
The Personhood Alliance is proud to announce that we have a plan
to bring a lawsuit in Alabama in 2023 that could do just that:
establish once and for all the personhood of the preborn in the state
constitution of Alabama.
But we have no time to lose. Supreme court justices in Alabama are
age-limited, and you can be sure that the pro-abortion machine and their
allies in the state bar associations and the halls of power are
preparing to change the makeup of the Alabama Supreme Court.
We need to raise $20,000 to fund
a lawsuit that could literally enshrine the personhood of the preborn in
the Constitution of Alabama and protect children from abortion forever.
We have found a local law firm in Alabama to partner with us that is
willing to bring the case, but we need to raise at least $20,000 to do
it. Please CLICK HERE TO DONATE NOW. You can give to the Personhood Alliance via credit card on our secure donation page, you can send us a check, or you can even donate cryptocurrency.
We know that God wants abortion to end, and we know that a majority of
the Alabama Supreme Court understands abortion as the abhorrent act that
it is. We just need to present them with the right case, and we need
your help to do that.
As we approach the end of 2022, we ask you to prayerfully consider
helping the Personhood Alliance during this Christmas campaign.
If this is a project that you would like to sponsor, and you are able to
give, please do so by CLICKING on this link and giving your best
possible gift now: www.personhood.org/donate
God bless you and your family during this Christmas season!
Sincerely,
Gualberto Garcia Jones, Esq.

P.S. If just one hundred of our supporters gave $200, we would be able
to bring this all-important case to do something that has never been
done before: have a state supreme court conclusively recognize the
personhood of the preborn. Please help us with your best donation
today. Thank you!
