Created Equal Joins Pro-Life Defenders in Hollywood

Columbus, OH – Jul. 21, 2011 – "Who is the pro-life movement?” www.createdequal.net/" target="_blank">Created Equal’s Director of Training Seth Drayer asked the students gathered in Los Angeles, California.

Hands shot into the air as the students responded, “We are!”

Over 60 young men and women had traveled from across the nation for the annual Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust camp.  On the final day of classroom instruction prior to a stretch of activism, the students heard from www.studentsforlife.org/kristan-hawkins/" target="_blank">Kristan Hawkins of www.studentsforlife.org/" target="_blank">Students for Life of America, Created Equal’s Seth Drayer, and more.

Seth’s response to the students’ enthusiasm was simple: “Passion and a reason to fight are key, but we need more.  We need a vision of how to get to the finish line.”  Samples of that vision were then immediately given to the students as Seth joined the Survivors staff in leading them onto the streets.  The students made banners to hold outside the Chinese consulate calling for an end to forced abortions.  They carried prenatal and abortion images onto Hollywood Blvd to expose injustice in one of the most influential neighborhoods of America.

Kristina Garza, Campus Outreach Director for Survivors, commented, “We are excited to partner with Created Equal.  We are united in our vision.”
