With Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's veto of AB-43 last week, California has escaped -- for now -- the threat of state-recognized homosexual marriage. But in a flurry of bill-signing over the weekend, the governor signed a series of other bills opposed by pro-family and pro-life advocates.
