Were there to be no support in the whole history of ethical and moral thought, were there no acknowledged confirmation from medical science, were the history of legal opinion to the contrary, we would still have to conclude on the basis of God's Holy Word that the unborn child is a person in the sight of God. He is protected by the sanctity of life graciously given to each individual by the Creator, Who alone places His image upon man and grants them any right to life which they have.

From 40 Days For Life: DAY 1: The biggest ever!
Dear Deacon John,
The biggest Lenten 40 Days for Life campaign yet is finally here ...
… and now we need YOU to step out in faith and go to the closest location to pray and fast for an end to abortion!
Days for Life begins TODAY -- and continues through March 25 -- in 354
communities across the United States and 24 other countries ...
including multiple locations in nations such as Canada, Colombia,
Croatia, Mexico, Romania and the United Kingdom!
It is because of your prayers that God has provided so many blessings:
13,998 lives have been saved from abortion
170 abortion workers experienced conversions and left their jobs
94 abortion centers closed forever after 40 Days for Life vigils outside their doors
Let’s get ready to pray, fast and stand vigil!
To help you have the best possible focus, listen to one of our newest 40 Days for Life podcast episodes: "First Things First -- Again."

Joining him at the kickoff was Rev. Walter Hoye of the Issues 4 Life Foundation.
Robinson and Rev. Hoye got our vigil off to a great start," the Walnut
Creek team reported. "Because they are willing to share their stories
... people have been motivated to work for the protection of life, all
in the love of Christ."
40 Days for Life campaign got off to a rather chilly start outside the

cold day the faithful showed up to wrap this horrible site in deep
prayer," said one of the Cincinnati leaders.
"We pray for all staff, all victims and anyone impacted from the tragedy of abortion." This is the 20th campaign in Cincinnati.

the churches of our area, speaking about the importance of the gift of
life and encouraging people to pray in front of our hospital in
the trumpet in Zion! Proclaim a fast, call an assembly. Gather the
people, notify the congregation. Assemble the elders; gather the
children and the infants at the breast … Let the priests, the ministers
of the Lord, weep and say, "Spare, O Lord, your people."
we ask for the strength, courage, wisdom, determination and stamina to
carry out this mission according to Your will. Guide us, we pray, as we
go forth and proclaim Your truth.
