A pro-lifer in Worcester, Massachusetts couldn't stay for an entire hour. But when she found herself with 15 minutes in between work meetings, she met her friend at the 40 Days for Life vigil to pray.
While
there, she spoke to an abortion-bound couple, encouraging the new
parents to visit the pregnancy center across the street. And they did!
"They met with a counselor, had an ultrasound, got help with some of the issues that were driving them to consider abortion, and left smiling," said Lee in Worcester.
As they left, they told volunteers, “God bless you people!”
Lee said the story illustrates the power of peaceful prayer. "Where else can you spend 15 minutes in prayer and save a life?!"
