ALL's Pro-Life This Week 9/4/2020

Featured Commentary

Commonplace Killing

Healthcare
dangers abound, as we have seen in many recent news stories. And these
stories show just how little human life matters to some people.

Week in Review

The
abortion industry needs to expand its outreach and get more women to
kill their babies. They have hit upon a scheme to use the Abortion Pill
(Mifeprex) to push at-home abortions. Twenty US senators are trying to
stop them.

ALL in the News

Jim
Sedlak, ALL’s executive director and Planned Parenthood expert was
recently featured in an article on the possible ban on at-home abortion
drugs. Also this week, Judie Brown’s weekly commentaries continue to be
featured prominently by Renew America.

Pro-Life Social Media

Bishop Strickland of Tyler, Texas, wields
Twitter like a sword. In a post that cuts right to the matter of
abortion violence, Bishop Strickland suggested that if preborn babies
had one thing to worry about, it wouldn’t be COVID.

Video of the Week

Republicans
have failed to defund Planned Parenthood or ban the use of abortion
pills. But at least they can book speakers at their national convention
who bring attention to the most vulnerable people among us—children
waiting to be born. We discuss these speeches in our Friday IG Live Re:Stream.

Action Item of the Week

Next
week, you will have the opportunity to take part in an annual event
that has become an integral part of the pro-life effort. You don’t need
to make signs or worry about conflict. Just come and spend some time in
prayer.
