Fargo, North Dakota
Nobody likes robocalls...but pro-lifers in North Dakota make an exception when the calls come from the 40 Days for Life campaign in Fargo.
Whenever the Fargo campaign saves a baby, the campaign team broadcasts the good news to nearly 2,000 pro-lifers across the state with automated calls and text messages.
"Everyone knows to answer the calls," said 40 Days for Life Outreach Director Sue Thayer, who recently visited the Fargo campaign. "Very awesome!"
So far, this vigil, the campaign team has been able to share news of 2 saved babies!
"If vigil participants are at the sidewalk and learn that abortions are happening that day, they can activate the program," Sue reported. "1,800 people are notified, which starts them praying. It also helps bring more people to the sidewalk."
