Help Open 1st Full Service Pregnancy Center in Westchester

It is high time we brought a serious, full service, alternatives to abortion pregnancy center with ultrasound to Westchester County.

With your help, EMC will do that soon. Next month we start our 35th year of operation, and would it not be great to kick off this important anniversary with your partnership in this new adventure of life-saving?

Would you consider an investment in opening an important new life-saving operation, this Fall, in central Westchester, quite near to a major abortion facility?

For many years, "Pregnancy Care" had a main office in New Rochelle, and other locations but all have been closed for years now. Their centers never offered on site ultrasounds or STD tests, but we will. We have been doing so in NYC for many years. In fact, we have been the only center for decades with multiple locations and ultrasounds.

You certainly know that abortion is virtually legal now till birth in NY State, so we are seeing increased demand for late term abortions. We must act
to more assertively reach mothers before Planned Parenthood and other abortion profiteers reach them, with true love, and real help. Ultrasounds are key to this service, too.

An example of the traditional magisterial teaching which indicates that it is never morally licit to intentionally kill a child through abortion in order to “save the life of its mother” comes from the teaching of Pope Pius XII:

“Every human being, even the infant in the mother's womb, has the right to life immediately from God, not from the parent or any human society or authority. Therefore, there is no man, no human authority, no science, no medical, eugenic, social, economic or moral ‘indication’ that can show or give valid juridical title for direct deliberate disposition concerning an innocent human life-which is to say, a disposition that aims at its destruction either as an end in itself or as the means of attaining another end that is perhaps in no way illicit itself. Thus, for example, to save the life of the mother is a most noble end, but the direct killing of the child as a means to this end is not licit.”
