Until the pro-lifers engaged him in conversation, he didn't know he had just dropped his wife off at an abortion facility. Once he learned his bride and his baby were in danger, the man tried half a dozen times to go inside and retrieve them--but he wasn't allowed in. Only after a 911 call and a visit from law enforcement was the man reunited with his wife. "The mother said they would not let her leave until the police arrived," reported Laurie, the Manhattan 40 Days for Life leader. But getting the expectant mother out of Planned Parenthood was just the first step to saving her baby. While inside, the 17-weeks-pregnant mother had taken three abortion pills. "A pro-life doctor prescribed the abortion pill reversal medication...which worked, and the baby is OK," Laurie said.
