40 Days For Life: DAY 29: Celebrating Abortion

Vice President Kamala Harris's lead in the polls has evaporated.

It seems voters aren't inspired by a depressing campaign built on celebrating abortion--including late-term abortion.

I recently joined Wake Up America on Newsmax TV to discuss why the Harris campaign's risky decision to pin the election on abortion is backfiring:

In the segment, I reveal why the vice president's weaponization of the DOJ to prop up the abortion industry and her relentless attacks on Catholics, men, and Catholic men in the Knights of Columbus have alienated a key bloc of swing voters.

Pro-life candidates have their own set of challenges this November. Next week on The 40 Days for Life Podcast, we'll break down how to make abortion a winning issue at the ballot box.

Jacksonville, Florida

Vigil participants in Jacksonville offered information to a woman outside Planned Parenthood...but it turns out the woman had some information for them!

"I've been wanting to speak with y'all," she began. "I had a baby last year in November."

The woman had gone to Planned Parenthood--and even put money down for an abortion--until she saw people praying for her on the street and chose life!

She told the prayer warriors she didn't know whether they were the ones praying the day she decided not to abort, but she wanted them to know their presence makes a difference nevertheless.

Vigil volunteers said that people sometimes accuse them of offending people. The woman quickly shot that accusation down. "Y'all are not. He'll be a year old. It helped me!"

That wasn't the only good news from Jacksonville leader Savannah, who reported another saved baby. "They were there for an abortion but were very hesitant and decided not to go through with it after seeing the pro-life signs and people praying on the sidewalk!" she said. "All glory to the Holy Spirit!"

Manchester, New Hampshire

Norm, who leads Manchester's 40 Days for Life campaign, received a phone call from a woman who shared that she'd like to join the vigil for the first time with some friends.

Norm agreed to meet them and help orient them to the vigil.

"Well, 'some of her friends' turned out to be 20 people!" Norm exclaimed. "Young and old, male and female...what a great working of the Holy Spirit!"

And one of them, realizing he had been healed, returned, glorifying God in a loud voice.

Dear Lord, thank you for the innumerable babies and mothers who have been saved from abortion through 40 Days for Life. And thank you in advance for the lives that will be changed through this campaign. Work in our own hearts so that we might see every circumstance as a chance to grow closer to you and to express our thanksgiving for your faithfulness. Amen.

For life,
