Judge: Obama Admin Can Force Hobby Lobby to Obey HHS Mandate
A federal court today stopped enforcement of the Obama administration s abortion pill mandate against a Bible publisher which filed a lawsuit against it.

The mandate has generated massive opposition from pro-life groups because it forces employers, regardless of their religious or moral convictions, to provide insurance coverage for abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization, and contraception under threat of heavy penalties. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/judge-obama-admin-can-force-hobby-lobby-to-obey-hhs-mandate/

Pro-Life Sen. Rand Paul Considers 2016 GOP Presidential Bid
Rand Paul, a pro-life member of the U.S. Senate from Kentucky who is the son of former presidential candidate Ron Paul, says he is potentially interested in seeking the Republican nomination in 2016.

That s classified, Paul told ABC s Jonathan Karl when asked if he intended to run. Am I interested and thinking about that? Yes. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/pro-life-sen-rand-paul-considers-2016-gop-presidential-bid/

Doctors Group: Sell Birth Control Drug Over The Counter
Never mind that it carries health risks for women and has not lowered the number of abortions or unplanned pregnancies, but a top doctor s organization says the birth control pill should be sold over the counter.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, which has taken positions in the past supportive of abortion, says birth control pills should be sold over the counter. The morning after pill is already available over the counter for anyone over the age of 17 and the doctors group says the birth control pill should be sold that way, too. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/doctors-group-sell-birth-control-drug-over-the-counter/

Obama Abortion Record Apologist Named Head of Catholic Group
The former head of a fake pro-life Catholic group who became part of the Obama administration is now back the private sector again heading a Catholic organization.

Alexia Kelley was the head of Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good (CACG), a group that was panned by pro-life advocates because it was responsible for misleading voters about President Barack Obama s pro-abortion record. She eventually was rewarded by the president with an appointment as the head of the Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships at the Department of Health and Human Services. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/obama-abortion-record-apologist-named-head-of-catholic-group/

19-Year-Old Recovers as Doctors Start to Harvest Her Organs
The world of organ donation in Denmark is in turmoil. A documentary was aired earlier this month which showed family members reacting in anguish to the news that their 19-year-old daughter was brain dead after a car accident, agreeing to donate her organs and allowing doctors to turn off her respirator. About 1.7 million viewers tuned in to the heart-rending drama.

But Carina Melchior did not die after her respirator was removed. She is now undergoing rehabilitation and may make a full recovery. About 500 people immediately removed their names from Denmark s organ donor register. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/19-year-old-recovers-as-doctors-start-to-harvest-her-organs/

We Take Aborted Babies to the Trash Just Like Our Garbage
Imagine a dark cold night on the streets in an eerie alley. Mothers are lined up holding their babies warming themselves and their young by fires in large rusty tin cans.

Suddenly a massive wind rips the babies from their mothers arms and throws them violently into the burning garbage cans. Helpless mothers try to cling to the life in their arms unsuccessfully and wail longing for the babies burning in the fire. The mothers are unable to save the children from the fire. It is so bitter cold outside that they remain. They warm themselves by the fire fueled by their children s blood. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/we-take-aborted-babies-to-the-trash-just-like-our-garbage/

The Value of Imperfect Children: Why Aborting Them is Wrong
Reading through the Slate article: Rick Santorum, Meet My Son, I find myself torn. As another mom in the trenches, I can genuinely feel her love for her son, and the agony of watching him suffer. She is in the battle, and in the battle, sometimes all we can feel is the battle. Also, though, I wish we could sit down for coffee and talk about who her baby is, inside.

With my disabled child, I have to be mindful of two realities. One, that his brain is terribly broken; his life is often a battle between life and death, and he is partially blind, nonverbal and prone to life-threatening seizures. The other reality is that he has a spirit, and he is whole and alive on the inside. Over the years, all of us in his extended family have had glimpses into his secret life, the place where his thoughts and his words are. Inside a broken body is a complete soul. He feels, he loves, he dreams. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/the-value-of-imperfect-children-why-aborting-them-is-wrong/

Ireland Abortion Group Plotted for Days to Exploit Savita s Death

Nose Cells Help Dogs Walk Again After Spinal Cord Injury
Dogs are well known for their keen sense of smell. It turns out their noses are good for more than just detecting scent. Scientists in England have isolated cells from the noses of dogs with spinal cord injury and have used those cells to reverse the canines paralysis. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/nose-cells-help-dogs-walk-again-after-spinal-cord-injury/

The True Christian Worldview: A Pro-Life Position on Abortion
Author Jonathan Dudley thinks he has caught evangelicals with their hands in the prolife cookie jar. In recent articles for the Huffington Post and CNN, Dudley claims that Bible-believing Christians only took up anti-abortion views in 1980 at the urging of Jerry Falwell, who supposedly was seeking to amass political clout and saw the prolife cause as a way to do it. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/the-true-christian-worldview-a-pro-life-position-on-abortion/

Irish Mother s Death Tragic, And Exploiting It to Promote Abortion
In late October, a 31-year old female dentist named Savita Halappanavar died in Ireland after being refused an abortion. And although there was no causal link between the refused abortion and her death at the time, and there remains none now, pro-abortion proponents are seizing on her death as sufficient reason to legalize abortions in Ireland. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/20/irish-mothers-death-tragic-and-exploiting-it-to-promote-abortion/
