“Every conceived person, in his or her mother’s womb, has the right to be recognized as a member of the human species and, for this reason, has all the human rights recognized by the United Nations and other international and national institutions,” says the Declaration of the Conceived Person’s Human Rights, which will be presented by several civil organizations to the Mexican Supreme Court.
