The State of Kansas Must Stop Illegal Late Term Abortions On Viable Unborn Children
On Monday, June 25th at 2:00 pm State Representative Lance Kinzer will hold a press conference on the south steps of the State Capitol Building to discuss recent developments in the ongoing tragedy of late-term abortion in Kansas.
Topics discussed will include:
· Substantial evidence suggests that viable unborn children capable of surviving outside their mothers wombs are being illegally aborted in Kansas.
· Why are these illegal abortions continuing to take place, and what can and should the State of Kansas be doing to put a stop to these illegal abortions?
· In light of the pending announcement of Attorney General Morrison as to the status of any potential new charges against Dr. George Tiller for performing illegal late term abortions it is crucial that concerned Kansas citizens understand existing Kansas law on late term abortions and the currently available public evidence relating to the performance of illegal abortions in our State.
Representative Kinzer will make a statement regarding these and related issues and will then take questions from members of the media.
