The Spring Campaign total is reaching a respectable level. Whew! Right now it stands at $40,100. You know, we just might make our goal. Please keep those donations coming. $60,000 to go.

We try to keep track of reader comments under the stories as best we can. The large volume makes it a near impossible task. I did some catch up today and, oh boy, there were some awful ones needing to be pruned.

Thanks to all who add thoughtful or otherwise helpful and even inspiring comments that complement our news reports. Many such comments are posted and are greatly appreciated. Some of them lead to new stories for us.

However, as you may have noticed, there are also some pretty disturbed, uncharitable, hateful or just downright rude and vulgar folks who attack others, spout pro-abort or gay propaganda or condemn people to hell. We really could use your help with those. Please flag such comments. That makes it easier for us to deal with them in a more timely fashion.
