Manchester, New Hampshire
A candlelight vigil brought light to the sidewalk outside of Planned Parenthood in Manchester in more ways than one.
The Manchester volunteers recently learned how their prayer presence on the sidewalk makes a difference.
Vigil participants were able to speak to a couple that had an
appointment at Planned Parenthood – they were there to get the abortion
pill.
Following a bit of conversation with the volunteers, they went inside.
But about half an hour later, they left Planned Parenthood.
They had changed their minds!
"They were given information about the pregnancy center on the next
block and said they'd go there the next day," said Shelia in Manchester.
"The same women from 40 Days for Life also redirected a couple looking
for a pregnancy test to our pregnancy center right up the street," she
added. "We're very encouraged and grateful."
