Were there to be no support in the whole history of ethical and moral thought, were there no acknowledged confirmation from medical science, were the history of legal opinion to the contrary, we would still have to conclude on the basis of God's Holy Word that the unborn child is a person in the sight of God. He is protected by the sanctity of life graciously given to each individual by the Creator, Who alone places His image upon man and grants them any right to life which they have.

Teens on Fire for LIFE!

They say good things come in threes. Three times recently I have been awe-struck by the passion and conviction of pro-life teenagers. First was the young woman who knocked on my door one Saturday. She was canvassing for the Susan B. Anthony List, making sure Pennsylvania residents understood where political candidates stood on life issues. I let her do her thing before telling her that I too work in the pro-life movement.

Lawmakers voted 48-46 against cloture - against ending debate and allowing a vote on the the misnamed Women's Health Protection Act.

Susquehanna Valley Chapter Pennsylvanians for Human Life is hosting a Pro-Life Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, April 9 at 9:30 am at the Holiday Inn Express Grand Ball Room, 90 Pine Street, Williamsport. The Keynote speaker is Maryann Lawhon, Executive Director of the documentary The Voice of John, a movie that details her experience of discovering a baby who survived an abortion and the promise she made before he died. Bedford County Citizens Concerned for Human Life is hosting their 18th Annual Pro-Life Dinner on Friday, April 29 at 6 p.m. at Crossroads Bible Church in Bedford. Seth Drayer, vice-president for Created Equal, a pro-life education and outreach
