Glendale, Arizona
We're
now in the second half of the autumn campaign, but it's still HOT in
Arizona. Glendale prayer warriors found a spot underneath a shade tree
provided the best place to do Sidewalk Outreach--and for respite from
the blazing sun.
"Someone
decided the tree needed a trim, and almost all the branches were taken
off," said Tammy, the local leader. "The tree now offers very little
shade at all."
The
pruning occurred right before the 40 Days for Life vigil began--and
additional trimming was limited to the side of the street where prayer
warriors gather.
"It makes me smile to think that our presence is so impactful," Tammy said.
