40 Days For Life: DAY 21: Bloodthirsty

 

 

Some abortion-friendly states have grown even more barbaric and bloodthirsty in the post-Roe era... ...and not just coastal states like California and New York. Colorado has quietly become an abortion sanctuary state, enacting one of America's most extreme abortion laws, allowing abortion for all nine months of pregnancy. The law has made Colorado an abortion destination. The month after Roe was reversed, HUNDREDS of women from out of state came for abortions, accounting for 40 percent of all abortions in the state. Recently, former abortion provider and 40 Days for Life director of medical affairs and education Dr. Haywood Robinson visited 40 Days for Life locations in the Centennial State, including Boulder's notorious late-term abortion center.

"This man has been doing abortions for 50 years," Dr. Robinson reported. "They do abortions up to 32 weeks here." Dr. Robinson said it's rumored that the 84-year-old abortionist is actually looking to expand his operation. Fortunately, pro-life Christians are stepping up to the plate. Dr. Robinson was greeted by a large crowd, eager to save lives even at one of the most barbaric facilities in the world's most grisly industry.

Greeley, Colorado Nearly 100 pro-lifers turned out for a two-part campaign event in Greeley. Vigil participants spent time in prayer at the vigil site before rallying at a local church. "Everyone signed up for vigil hours," said Dalas, the local leader. "We filled quite a few vigil spots that night!" The campaign has borne tremendous fruit as vigil participants have: Received significant coverage from the local newspaper; Planned a baby shower for a mother in need; Directed both women who have chosen life and abortion-minded couples to pro-life resources; Drawn protesters, who have only galvanized the prayer warriors; Seen Planned Parenthood close early one day, resulting in two clients being turned away. "My core team is so excited and encouraged by how this vigil is going," Dalas said. "God is moving and doing His work in our community."

Fort Collins, Colorado Vigil participants were able to speak at length with a Planned Parenthood client who said she was "just here for the plan B pill." Fortunately, Sherri was able to share that the "morning after pill" can actually cause early abortions before a woman even knows she's pregnant. "She let us pray for her on the way in and on the way out," shared Kristy, who heads up the 40 Days for Life campaign in Fort Collins. "She was very receptive and grateful."
