Pennsylvania's long-standing ban on taxpayer funding of abortion took center stage at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court this week. A group of abortion facilities, led by an abortion center in Pittsburgh, has filed suit to demand a right to taxpayer funding of abortion under the state Constitution.

Maryland "all-trimester" abortion center still not open - NRL News Today

After announcing that a new Maryland late-term abortion facility would open in September, Partners in Abortion Care remains unopened. The College Park office space has been leased and the sign is up out front, but according to local pro-lifers, the place is not yet open for appointments.

Prayer Breakfast

Scranton Chapter Pennsylvanians for Human Life has rescheduled their Pro-Life Prayer Breakfast for Saturday, November 5 at Fiorelli Family Catering, Peckville from 9-11 a.m. The Reverend Gerald Murray, JCD will be the Keynote Speaker. Fr. Murray is a pastor and canon lawyer from the Archdiocese of New York. Fr. Murray has appeared as a commentator on religious topics on various television and radio outlets, including EWTN, Fox News, MSNBC, and the Voice of America. Tickets are $55 and can be purchased HERE.
