40 Days For Life: DAY 4: TEN Abortion Facilities Close

The abortion industry claims to provide comprehensive health care for poor and minority women.

Then why do they abandon communities where abortion is illegal? With Roe v. Wade no longer protecting their industry, abortion providers in pro-life states are shutting down in record numbers.

Over the last three months, God has answered YOUR prayers, closing TEN different abortion businesses where 4o Days for Life vigils have been held:

  1. Baton Rouge, Louisiana
  2. New Orleans, Louisiana
  3. Jackson, Mississippi
  4. Tulsa, Oklahoma
  5. Austin, Texas
  6. Dallas, Texas
  7. Fort Worth, Texas
  8. Houston, Texas
  9. McAllen, Texas
  10. McKinney, Texas

Praise God!

And the best is yet to come!

Numerous abortion facilities haven't closed down yet as they hold out hope that Congress or their state courts will save them...

...but with their core product unavailable, it's only a matter of time before they, too, are sent packing!

Even though these abortion facilities are closed, this is still the biggest 40 Days for Life campaign ever. Find your closest vigil and sign up to pray at 40daysforlife.com/location.

Melbourne, Australia

Prayer warriors in Melbourne were joined on the sidewalk by a child saved from abortion by on-site pro-lifers 12 years ago!

And if that wasn't powerful enough, 60 people joined the campaign launch event, where they heard a powerful speaker share her post-abortion testimony--all the way from Idaho!

The event also featured a message from an area pro-life doctor, a speaker from a Christian advocacy organization, prayer led by a priest, and praise and worship music.

San Diego, California

40 Days for Life has exploded in the San Diego area, with three campaigns now taking place in the city and several more in the suburbs.

"Tuesday evening at sunset, more than two dozen dedicated participants gathered at our vigil in front of Planned Parenthood," reported Douglas, who heads up the San Diego-Mira Mesa campaign.

"Though we're separated from the building by a large parking lot, our presence on the sidewalk of such a busy street definitely makes a visible pro-life statement to the community."

Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”

--Luke 2:13-14

Father God, giver of life, creator of life, and sustainer of life, thank you for each life you give us. Father, I pray each one that is faced with a decision will choose life and know that she is favored by you. I pray we your mouthpieces, will console, comfort, support, and equip your mothers to make the decision to choose life. Help us, Lord, to love and comfort those who do not.
