Houston, Texas man who was shown in a shocking video begging and
praying to stay alive has died after his family battled hospital
officials who wanted to pull the plug on him without his or their
consent. Chris Dunn had received national attention over a video showing
him begging and praying to stay alive and to not have Methodist
Hospital remove his life-sustaining medical treatment that it wanted to
remove.

are up in arms today by a controversial cartoon the Washington Post
carried on Tuesday night that depicts pro-life Republican presidential
candidate Ted Cruz’s children as monkeys. The Washington Post retracted
the editorial cartoon after Cruz scolded the newspaper and a massive
conservative backlash online.

children’s lives during his time in office. This summer, Obama said he
believes “every child is entitled to life.” In a November interview,
Obama said he encourages his daughters to “look out for the vulnerable.”

Texas Cuts Another $600,000 From Planned Parenthood After It Sells Aborted Baby Parts
A Planned Parenthood affiliate in Texas is making a fuss again after
the state announced more cuts to its funding in 2016. The Texas Tribune
reports that Texas leaders chose not to renew approximately $600,000 in
funding for an HIV prevention program run by Planned Parenthood of the
Gulf Coast.

Judge Lets Utah De-Fund Planned Parenthood After It Sold Aborted Baby Parts
In a victory for the pro-life movement, a federal judge allowed Utah to
begin de-funding the abortion business Planned Parenthood on Tuesday.
The Utah affiliate of Planned Parenthood sued the state in September
after pro-life Gov. Gary Herbert ordered the state health department to
cut off federal funding to the abortion group. U.S. District Judge Clark
Waddoups ruled Tuesday that Herbert’s order could move forward.

Doctors Said Eli Would be Disabled or Die So He Should Be Aborted, But He Was Born Healthy
The news just kept getting worse and worse for Courtney Mitchell and
her unborn son. It began when Mitchell went for her 20-week ultrasound.
Her doctor discovered strange pockets of fluid in her placenta and
ordered a high risk ultrasound for the next day. After the second
ultrasound, doctors told Courtney and her husband, Chris, that their son
had genetic problems and probably would not live outside the womb.
Doctors gave baby Eli less than 1 percent chance of survival.

does contain lies – just not ones its producers intended. In time for
Christmas, comedian Lizz Winstead’s website, Lady Parts Justice League,
produced a spoof of the film Love Actually in which a Planned Parenthood
supporter visits a pro-life politician’s home on Christmas Eve to let
him know that he’s an “asshole” before wishing him a “Merry Fucking
Christmas.”
