Huge news: In case you missed one of the biggest announcements in 40 Days for Life history, check out my video announcing the closure of America's flagship abortion facility in Manhattan: youtube.com/watch?v=quQdQAvTIb4

The campaign to defund Planned Parenthood of its $750 million tax dollars per year is building momentum.

Our friends with the Pro-Life Action League are organizing nationwide Defund Planned Parenthood rallies on Wednesday, April 2.

Many 40 Days for Life campaigns will incorporate these rallies into their vigils.

Turn up the heat on America's leading abortion chain:

  1. Sign the petition to defund Planned Parenthood: defundplannedparenthood.com;
  2. Share the petition with every pro-lifer you know!
  3. Find your local Defund Planned Parenthood rally--or start your own--by visiting nomoneyforabortion.com.

The loss of federal funding would cripple the abortion industry unlike anything we've seen before...even including the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

This is the opportunity of a lifetime--don't spend it on the sidelines!

Bloomington and Decatur, Illinois

We knew this was coming...but it's no less sweet. The Planned Parenthood abortion facilities in Bloomington and Decatur, Illinois, are now CLOSED!

New Haven, Connecticut

Mariana is building a mighty team in the Constitution State.

She's developed a network of day captains to help fill the calendar with prayer warriors. "All 12 hour-long shifts were covered," she announced after a particularly successful day at the vigil.

Members of St. Rita Church have been faithfully promoting participation in the 40 Days for Life campaign. That drew the attention of an abortion supporter, who stole their 40 Days for Life signs--and the replacement signs!

"That didn't discourage them!" Mariana exclaimed. "We keep on showing up for the unborn in New Haven."

Green Bay, Wisconsin

Spring is officially here...

...but until warm weather returns for good, 40 Days for Life participants will continue to make their mark in the cold.

Literally.

"We wanted to share this image we saw today at the end of the sidewalk where we were walking and praying," wrote Amy and Vince. "Not sure if someone formed it after yesterday evening's storm and winds, but it spoke to our hearts."

A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, "Give me a drink."

--John 4:7

Heavenly Father, we pray in a special way for all women who have experienced an abortion. We ask that you draw these women close to your healing heart. Help us all to recognize our deep thirst for the living water that only you can offer, and give us the courage to invite others to the well of your forgiveness. Amen.

For life,
