Special kind of July 4th parade

Flags and rosaries

Early on July 4th, before all of the hot dogs, watermelons, fireworks, and other celebrations took place, over 40 people, including two priests, participated in a Rosary procession from Our Lady of the Rosary Church in San Diego to Planned Parenthood on First Avenue.

They carried American flags in recognition of the sacrifices our forefathers made to bring liberty to our country, and they carried Rosaries in recognition of our obligations as Catholics to pray for the lives of millions of innocent unborn babies who will die from the legalized use of abortion over the next few years, never living to see the liberty we enjoy.

While the killing center we stood in front of was closed the morning of July 4th, everyone stayed to pray three Rosaries and sing hymns for our unborn brothers and sisters who lost their lives in that building during the year, and for those that will follow.
