On Tuesday, March 29th the Florida House Health & Human Services Quality Subcommittee will hold hearing and a vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, HB 321, a bill introduced by State Representative Trujillo, which, if passed into law, would protect unborn children who are capable of feeling pain from abortions. Please contact the committee members and urge them to vote YES in support of the bill. The Subcommittee members are: Chairman: Rep. John Wood (R-District 65) john.wood@myfloridahouse.gov YOU can help save a life today!! Please call or e-mail your representative and ask them to support HB 321 and to urge leadership to help bring it to the floor for a vote. Thank your Representative if he or she is already a sponsor (Rep. Trujillo) or cosponsor of the bill (Rep. Ahern, Rep. Bovo, Rep. Corcoran, Rep. Gaetz, Rep. Nuñez, Rep. Plakon, Rep. Renuart, and Rep. Whatever their position on abortion, Florida citizens ought to be able to agree that we should not be aborting unborn children when substantial medical evidence (see www.doctorsonfetalpain.com) shows they can feel pain.
