Urgent Legislative Action Alert!! On Tuesday, March 29th the Florida House Health & Human Services Quality Subcommittee will hold hearing and a vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, HB 321, a bill introduced by State Representative Trujillo, which, if passed into law, would protect unborn children who are capable of feeling pain from abortions.
