The new bright pink Planned Parenthood ads being rolled out by PP of Northern New England blast such slogans as: We're your SEXUAL EXPERIENCE, We're your FRIEND WITH BENEFITS, We're your QUICKIE, We're your PRIVATE AREA, We're your SEXUAL FANTASY, and We're your MORNING AFTER. The message is appearing on buses, in local newspapers, and on Facebook, as well as on PP's "new, fun collection of magnets, sticky notes, pens, and lip balm."

The abortion giant admits in its fall/winter 2011 newsletter that the ad campaign is geared toward young people: "A little bit cheeky and irreverent, it mirrors what our research tells us: Young people are looking for reproductive health care that includes convenience, honest and reliable answers, and a dash of humor."

For 17 years, I believed the big lie - the lie that Planned Parenthood, America's largest abortion chain, was all about protecting women's health. The pro-life movement is applauding yesterday's news indicating the Komen for the Cure breast cancer charity has indefinitely stopped its donations to the Planned Parenthood abortion business. However, the breast cancer group continues to refuse to acknowledge the link between induced abortion and breast cancer. Karen Malec, the head of the Coalition on Abortion/Breast Cancer, one of the main organizations educating about how abortions raise the risk for women when it comes to contracting breast cancer, tells LifeNews today she applauds the breast cancer group for discontinuing its grants to Planned Parenthood but is disappointed that Komen will still not tell women the truth about the link.

Following a barrage of criticism of the Obama administration from the Catholic Church, Planned Parenthood today launched a national TV ad campaign praising newly mandated contraception coverage in health insurance plans, including those offered by religiously affiliated institutions. "President Obama and Secretary Sebelius stood strong to make sure all women - no matter where they work - will have access to birth control without a co-pay, saving them hundreds of dollars," the narrator says in the 30-second spot.
