federal court Friday granted a preliminary injunction to Hobby Lobby,
preventing the Obama administration from enforcing the Obamacare
abortion-drug mandate against the Christian-run company while the case
is in progress.

Children
who were abused by public school teachers or other public employees are
specifically not protected by SB 131. That means this legislation
offers no protection for the 92 percent of California’s children who
attend public schools or for children in foster care or in other public
settings.
