A Michigan woman was charged with housing discrimination for specifying that she was looking for a Christian roommate on a church bulletin board. After a short legal battle "...the Department [the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development] finds that there is No Reasonable Cause to believe that the Act [Fair Housing Act] was violated in this matter." New Hampshire's largest newspaper refused the "wedding" announcement of Greg Gould and Aurelio Tine, and have since faced ridicule. Joe McQuaid, the newspaper's publisher, said the paper is opposed to gay marriage, but is not anti-gay. READ MORE at the Manhattan Declaration blog.
