Sister Prejean's Spin Insults the PrebornJudie Brown

The moral decline and disregard for life in America is evident in far too many places. From a senseless shooting spree to government-funded abortions, the blood that is shed throughout this country can only be described as heinous. Today's commentary examines the Church's teaching on both capital punishment and abortion and explains why abortion-especially abortion funded by the government-can be seen as one of the greatest travesties our nation has faced.

Life Site News
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has criticized the US bishops for opposing free birth control under the new health care law, saying that the Catholic leaders "cannot interfere" into the matter "by turning their religious beliefs into federal law." The ACLU made the remarks in a January 12 hearing before an Institute of Medicine committee, which has been charged with determining what should be covered as preventive care under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The group called birth control coverage "good medicine" and "a critical component of basic health care for women."

Kevorkian demonstrates that killing can be a path to fame and fortune

First Things

D.C.
Blue Bar
The annual pro-life march in Washington, D.C. is coming up this month and, as in years past, hundreds of thousands of staunch pro-lifers will be showing their support for those who do not have a voice: the preborn. In previous years ALL has distributed thousands of signs to the never-ending sea of pro-life supporters marching through our nation's capital. Unfortunately, we run out of signs long before everyone who wants one can get one.

You can help us change that! With your donation we can print and distribute more signs than ever before. Imagine the impact our show of pro-life unity will have this January. Click on the 5, 10 or 25 sign piles below to start the sponsorship process:
