40 Days For Life: Day 22: AGAINST the resolution.

Doctors, nurses, and other health professionals making heroic sacrifices to combat the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic deserve our appreciation and admiration.
But the City Council in St. Paul, Minnesota has chosen to honor abortion providers instead.
The Council unanimously voted to establish "Abortion Provider Appreciation Day" to combat the "stigma" of abortion and to celebrate abortion providers' "courage, compassion, and high-quality care."
Ironically, as council members voted, an ambulance arrived to Planned Parenthood's mega-facility in St. Paul to address a medical emergency.

Public comment on the resolution was also unanimous...AGAINST the resolution.
"How did any of you think this resolution was a good idea?" wrote one St. Paul resident. "Please stick to the issues your constituents elected you for."
Meanwhile, 40 Days for Life participants in the Twin Cities saved TWO MORE BABIES!
One couple walked out of Planned Parenthood, joyfully telling a sidewalk counselor named Ed, "We just couldn't do it." After another couple chose life, the father of a nearly aborted baby acknowledged, "It's just wrong...it's just not right..." before thanking volunteers for their witness.

Auckland, New Zealand

"Please urgently pray for two women," pleaded Michelle in Auckland after vigil participants encountered a pair of abortion clients who appeared reluctant to go through with their abortions.
One expectant mother was reconsidering her abortion decision after encountering the vigil. The other "really didn't look all that happy at being there," Michelle said. But she was escorted into the facility by two men, making it difficult for prayer warriors to offer help.
"The abortion issue becomes incredibly real when you see women who are visibly in two minds enter a building where the only option given is abortion," Michelle continued.

Jos, Nigeria

"The campaign is going well," wrote Maureen in Jos.
While Western elites imperialistically and condescendingly try to push abortion on pro-life African nations, Maureen said that her city is largely in agreement that abortion is evil "because life is precious."
"The entire community is happy with our peaceful community outreach and prayers," she continued. "And we have saved a life."

Who among all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this, in His hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
— Job 12:9-10
Thank you, Father God, for being the Creator of my life and every life. Please give me, and the society in which I live, an appreciation for your gift of life. Please help us set aside our pride and acknowledge that we need you. Show me how I can honor you today in response to all the blessings you bestow freely.
For life,
