Our state tax dollars subsidizing abortion?
Watch Senator Kristin Phillips-Hill (R-York) question the Wolf Administration's proposal to give $3 million to Planned Parenthood, the nation and state's largest abortion provider.
Despite claims that funds won't pay for abortions, the reality is that they indirectly would by paying utilities, rent, salaries, and other operational expenses. Contact your legislator to voice opposition.

The beauty of respecting life—even when circumstances look bleak
by Maria Gallagher,
Legislative Director
What drives your commitment to promoting the sanctity of innocent human life? Was there an eye-opening moment when a life-changing incident forced you to come to grips with the tragedy of abortion? Senator wants to designate
"World Down Syndrome Day"
Pennsylvania Senator Scott Martin plans to introduce legislation to designate March 21, 2020 as World Down Syndrome Day. In a co-sponsorship memorandum, Senator Scott wrote:
"Individuals diagnosed with Down syndrome have a full or partial extra copy of chromosome 21, which alters the course of their development. The most commonly occurring chromosomal condition, approximately 1 in every 700 U.S. babies are born with Down syndrome; about 6,000 each year. While it is much more difficult to ascertain global figures on the condition, some predictions put the total worldwide population at roughly 6 million.
Over time, the number of individuals with Down syndrome have continued to rise in part due to their increased life expectancies. The majority of these individuals now live past the age of 50, and the number is even higher for those living in the United States. This has been attributed to advances in medicine and long-term care as well as shifts in societal attitudes towards the diagnosis.
In other words, when given the opportunities associated with early intervention, therapies, quality education and proper support, individuals with Down syndrome have proven that they can adapt and thrive. As a result, they have gone on to be productive, inspirational and influential members of societies across the globe."

Our Virtual Baby at 8 weeks!
The brain is rapidly developing and the nervous system is being carefully organized. A neural tube has closed to form the spinal column. A tiny nose and upper lip are more prominent. Arm and leg buds emerge. This tiny human being is about the size of a jellybean. Many women may have their first ultrasound around this time.

Please share this information to educate others and to counter the abortion industry's lies that this pre-born child is just a "clump of cells".
