“The abortionist called the police and three squad cars responded”
Chula Vista police sergeant concludes it might be abortionist who is breaking law, not pro-lifers
Women’s Choice Clinic, Chula Vista, Wednesday, April 8, 2009 – 9:30-11:30 a.m.
We had three prayer warriors praying in front of the abortion mill and one sidewalk counselor.
A reporter from a local Spanish-language newspaper interviewed us and took pictures of what occurred this morning. At about 9:40 a.m., a woman in her mid-twenties approached the mill accompanied by a man. I gave them information on the abortionist, who is on five years probation with the California Medical Board due to several cases of gross negligence, fraud and having sex with a patient in his office. This information got their attention, and they confided that they were there because she had a miscarriage. I referred them to the Culture of Life Family Services Clinic, who could refer them to a reputable doctor. They were grateful and left. Her name began with an M.
A Hispanic woman in her early twenties who was headed to the mill explained to us that she was here to interview for a receptionist position. I told her that at this location there had been another mill whose owner had been arrested for performing abortions without a medical license. I showed her newspaper and magazine articles that told the story of the convicted owner and of the incompetent abortionists who had worked for her, many of whom had their licenses revoked by the Medical Board. She did not seem that shocked by the information, even when I told her about the present abortionist’s problems. She said she would ask inside the clinic about this history and went in to the mill.
The abortionist called the police and three squad cars responded. The officers went into the mill and emerged a few minutes later to speak with us. I explained that we were giving information from the California Medical Board website to potential customers of this clinic so that they could make an informed decision. I indicated that this abortionist, according to the terms of his Medical Board probation, is prohibited from being in the clinic without another doctor being present. The police sergeant said that he would look into this, and if it’s true, he would write a report stating that the doctor was in the clinic by himself.
