Planned Parenthood covers up rape AGAIN!
Lila Rose and Live Action do it again! These courageous young students have released their fifth video exposing Planned Parenthood employees covering up rape! This most recent video exposes the PP in Memphis, Tennessee, and shows a 14-year-old girl being "counseled" by a PP employee on how to lie about the age of her 31-year-old boyfriend. The PP employee first said to the young girl, who was played by Lila Rose, that she would have to tell her manager, but then decided to NOT tell anyone and here we have another example CAUGHT ON TAPE of PP breaking the law.
Lila Rose asked in a press release that Live Action released on Monday, "What more do authorities need to see before holding this organization accountable for its institutionalized indifference to statutory rape and sexual abuse of children?"
That's something we all want to know. How much more proof do authorities and America need in order to be convinced that PP is NOT helping the people in our country? It simply is helping more sexual predators "cover-up" their crimes. Yet, PP is not doing a thing about it…except of course taking the hundreds of dollars from the rapists, murdering the preborn person and causing more harm to the young mother.

PP plans to open in Pontiac, Michigan
Planned Parenthood of Mid and South Michigan wants to move into or near the city of Pontiac, Michigan.
Lori Lamerand, president and CEO of the Mid and South Michigan affiliate said that it hasn't been determined if the clinic will offer "prenatal care or abortions." So really, what does that mean? Help mothers or kill their babies? Hmmm…it hasn't been determined yet.
It will cost about one million dollars for this new PP clinic to open.
Currently there is a PP surgical abortion facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which is about 44 miles away from the proposed area. There are a few other PP clinics in the Detroit area, near Pontiac, but it looks like PP may consider building a new surgical abortion facility.
In 2007, PP merged some affiliates together in Michigan, and in the process closed seven clinics in the state.

PP + cell phones = corruption, no surprise!
Many of us parents have heard about the kids across the country that have gotten in trouble for sending inappropriate messages over their cell phones – that is, text messages. A story recently reported on CNN had to do with parents and police monitoring kids' cell phones. This story also pointed out that young people have been prosecuted and have gotten in trouble with the law because of the messages they send through their cell phones.
Speaking of sending dirty messages on cell phones, you may have heard about PP's "Consensual Text" program in which PP sends out a weekly text to anyone who wants to receive some "sexual health" information from PP. As we continue to fight PP, we find ourselves asking how many more times PP can get away with sexualizing our children before it is filed with a big lawsuit as a sexual predator.
PP of Northern New England sends text messages FREE to anyone who has a cell phone and types in 90999 to "FACTS." It's pretty simple and did we say free? So anyone, regardless of age, could be receiving text messages from PP. Watch out! These text messages are sent each Friday, and the most recent one sent, April 17, was titled, "What are some creative uses for plastic wrap?"
First of all – what in the world does this have ANYTHING to do with "health education"? This message, which can be found on PP's web site is so disturbing we will not include it here. After reading just one example of what PP sends to our kids – why isn't PP charged with being a sexual predator? There are plenty of examples out there showing that if anyone sent these types of text messages to minors, parents and police would be looking into it.
Contact your congressional representatives NOW! How is this organization able to stay above the law? We must expose PP for what it really is – a big, disgusting, sexual predator that is going after our children!

PP sneaks in a Multicultural Day event
PP once again has snuck its way into a family-friendly event in order to spread its message of lies and misconceptions. This time it has happened to the people of Falls Church, Virginia.
"Culmore Multicultural Day 2009: Building a Strong Community" is the next stop for PP. The free event filled with children's activities, live music, animals, public safety and much more is going on this Sunday, April 26 from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. Somehow PP was invited to have a table at this event and we STOPPers certainly know that PP will NOT help build a "Strong Community." It will only make it crumble.
The event is taking place at the Woodrow Wilson Library, 6101 Knollwood Dr., Falls Church, Virginia.

It certainly is not too late and we have already heard from many people out in Falls Church who do NOT want PP at this family-friendly event.

STOPP in Falls Church, Virginia
Marie Hahnenberg spoke to a group of STOPPers in Falls Church, Virginia, Monday night. Here's a personal account from Marie on the event.
The people in Falls Church have such zeal and are committed to kick PP out of their community! I saw this by meeting with them, talking with them and hearing about everything that they have been doing to build a coalition of life in their parish and community.
Currently there's a PP facility in Falls Church. It kills babies by chemical, medical and surgical abortions. It also is trying to "blend in" with the community – which has a high population of Spanish speaking people. Most recently PP is trying to recruit more "customers" by participating in a local Multicultural Day event this Sunday.
We see this type of behavior by PP quite often. It attempts to get acceptance from the community so that young women and parents learn to trust this baby-killing organization. The pro-lifers in Falls Church see right through the most recent PP tactic and are ready to fight!
It was such a pleasure to meet all of them and it was so encouraging to see people of all ages come out and learn more on how to fight PP and spread the message of chastity in their community.

Additional protest in New Haven, Connecticut!
We are happy to report a new addition to the Map Room web site. Mary Ann Sprague is leading a peaceful protest outside the PP clinic in New Haven, Connecticut, every Wednesday from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. Be sure to join her if you are in the area.
