Current HeadlinesTop Stories Shree More Videos Show Planned Parenthood Helping Sex Traffickers A Planned Parenthood staffer in New Jersey has already been fired, New Jersey officials are looking into a shoddy abortion center Planned Parenthood referred to in its video, and the Virginia attorney general has received the full footage of the Richmond Planned Parenthood expose'. All three of the new videos clearly show staff willing to aid and abet the sexual trafficking and exploitation of minors and young women and the videos, Lila Rose of Live Action says, provide more evidence of a clear, disturbing pattern of gross misconduct by Planned Parenthood. The three new videos includes a Roanoke, Virginia abortion facility staffer suggesting the sex trafficker consider going to the health department instead of taking the girls he is victimizing to the Planned Parenthood because it would be easier to hide the illegal activity. The beauty of the bill lies in its ability to make what are annual battles to stop abortion funding permanent federal law. When it comes to taxpayer funding of abortions from the federal government, pro-life advocates have to fight several battles annually in Congress to ensure abortions are not funded in programs ranging from HHS and USAID to health care and the District of Columbia. The Pitts bill would apply the historic Hyde amendment language to the new health care bill President Barack Obama signed into law that allows massive abortion funding. The legislation would afford the same pro-life protections that were approved with bipartisan support in the House last year via the Stupak amendment that didn't make the final bill. Full story at LifeNews.com Soros' Strategy Call Helps Planned Parenthood on Videos Instead of implementing a plan to fire staff responsible and train personnel to properly report such illegal activity to authorities, Planned Parenthood's president and Vice President Stewart Schear joined the liberal activists on a conference call designed to strategize a response. Most of the discussion on the call reportedly centered on how to discredit the group that conducted the undercover operation, Live Action, and its president Lila Rose. A blogger from the liberal web site AlterNet appeared on the call and asked a question about where Live Action gets its funding and complained that the group has ties to conservative organizations and leaders. Live Action released today three more videos from the undercover investigations it conducted earlier this month of Planned Parenthood abortion centers helping alleged sex traffickers obtain abortions for underage girls.
The three new videos, covering Planned Parenthood centers in Virginia, join the two other videos the group has released of a Perth Amboy, New Jersey abortion business and a Planned Parenthood center in Richmond, Virginia both of which had staffers helping the alleged sex traffickers find information on how to obtain abortions without facing scrutiny and get STD testing for the girls.
The battle to stop all federal taxpayer funding of abortions, and to ensure the Obamacare health care reform law does not allow abortion funding, starts in hearings in the House next week.
Two House committees will hear two of the billsthat are the highest items on the priority list for pro-life organizations: the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act sponsored by pro-life Reps. Chris Smith and Dan Lipinski and the Protect Life Act, sponsored by pro-life Rep. Joe Pitts.
Media Matters for America, a liberal "media watchdog" front group founded and supported by liberal billionaire scion George Soros has staged a conference call with Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards and liberal activists on how to counter the videos that have shown the abortion business' staffers aiding alleged sexual traffickers.
The videos have received national attention for showing how Planned Parenthood staff show the sex trafficking ring operators how to get abortions for the underage girls they illegally brought to the United States for the sex trade.
Stung by four tapes clearing showing its staff members assisting two people claiming to run a sex trafficking ring and wanting to get abortions for the young girls they said they were preying on, a Virginia Planned Parenthood abortion business says the video footage is a hoax. The videos have garnered national controversy because they clearly show staff at the abortion business showing no alarm when told that the alleged sex traffickers want to arrange abortions and obtain STD testing for the girls they supposedly trafficked. The Planned Parenthood staff go out of their way to help them and go as far as showing them how to protect their activities and assure them of their confidentiality.

Abortionist Gosnell Could Face Death Penalty, Has No Lawyer Gosnell appeared in court today on a hearing related to the eight total charges and the court denied his request for a public defender because court record substantiated the fact that Gosnell made millions in the abortion industry and currently holds properties valued "in the millions," according to Fox News, including a nice second home in Brigantine, New Jersey valued at $900,000. He was ordered by Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Renee Cardwell Hughes to hire an attorney for the hearing that will take place next Wednesday. The Philadelphia Inquirer indicates part of the reason Gosnell has no attorney is the one he retained to help him battle the grand jury report prosecutors released detailing the grisly problems no longer works for him. Full story at LifeNews.com Obama Attack on Abortion Conscience Clause Likely Imminent While federal law purports to protect healthcare providers from being forced to participate in abortions, a doctor or nurse who seeks to enforce his or her federal right may soon have nowhere to turn. Regulations enacted under the Bush Administration to uphold federal conscience protection laws are expected to be revoked sometime over the next four weeks. The Obama Administration began the process of rescission nearly two years ago. On March 10, 2009, the Department of Health and Human Services ("HHS") under President Obama issued a "notice of proposed rule making" to rescind the conscience protection regulations promulgated by President Bush. In a recent court filing, the Obama Administration stated that its final rule will be announced sometime between January 31 and March 1, 2011. Full story at LifeNews.com Members of Congress Question Sebelius on Telemed Abortions The telemed or webcam abortion process involves the distribution of the dangerous abortion pill, RU 486 over the Internet, but denies women access to physical examinations or emergency care by licensed physicians. "RU-486 is a dangerous drug that has been associated with at least 11 deaths and thousands of cases of excessive bleeding and infection," said King in the letter. "Evading FDA guidelines by dispensing RU-486 through telemedicine has the potential to increase complications and fatalities associated with its use. We cannot allow taxpayer dollars to be used to support 'telemed abortions.'" Currently, this experimental abortion pill distribution scheme is only employed in Iowa but Planned Parenthood has indicated publicly that it intends to expand the practice nationwide and promote the abortion drug further to women without giving them a chance to visit a physician in person. They would be denied the in-person consultation even though the abortion drug is responsible for killing dozens of women worldwide and injuring more than 1,100 in the United States alone as of FDA figures from 2006. Kermit Gosnell, the controversial abortion practitioner who killed a woman and seven babies in abortion-infanticides, could face the death penalty for the charges but he has no attorney.
Prosecutors are debating whether they want to seek the death penalty in the case that drew national attention because of Gosnell's grisly abortion business, killing a woman in a failed abortion and the dozens of times he purposefully birthed late-term babies in order to kill them.

An attack against conscience rights by the Obama Administration that has been on the radar for some time is now imminent.
The abortion business that employed Kermit Gosnell, the horrifying abortion practitioner facing charges of murder in the deaths of a woman from a botched abortion and seven babies he killed via abortion-infanticides, may have falsified records to Delaware officials. The Guttmacher Institute, a pro-abortion agency that colleges abortion records and data, has disclosed that a Delaware abortion center has admitted to greatly underreporting the number of abortions it does each year including in statistics that it provided to Delaware's Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS).
Seventy-one members of Congress have signed their names to a letter sponsored by pro-life Rep. Steve King of Iowa questioning Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius about federal funding of telemed abortions.
In an interview with conservative radio talk show host Hugh Hewitt, potential Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum slammed Mitch Daniels, also a potential GOP hopeful, on his abortion-social issues truce.
Daniels, the Indiana governor, renewed his talk of a truce in a new interview in which he said a "mute button" should be pressed on social issues like abortion so politicians could focus on fixing the economy. The truce talk has upset pro-life advocates and other potential candidates like Mike Huckabee and Tim Pawlenty have weighed in with criticism of Daniels' comments. "I think he is as far off base," Santorum said of Daniels. "I don't think he understands what conservatism is all about." Full story at LifeNews.com

Students for Life of America has released a new University Health Care Study of the 200 largest univerisities in the U.S. SFLA found 194 colleges and universities offered a school sponsored health care plan. 86 of the 194 schools sponsored plans covered elective abortions and 38 of the 86 schools automatically enrolled their students in a school sponsored aborton health care plan. The Centers for Disease Control has come under fire from conservatives concerned that the Obama administration is suppressing the annual abortion numbers the federal government usually reports every November. When November came and went without the annual report on abortion facts and figures, Erick Erickson of the RedState blog did some checking and came away concerned that the administration was actively working to delay or stop the release of the information. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, one of the five justices comprising the pro-abortion majority on the nation's highest court, says she will not retire anytime soon. With the high court at what most political observers say is a narrow 5-4 majority favoring abortion, pro-life advocates need to replace one pro-abortion justice with someone who will respect the rule of law in order to overturn Roe v. Wade and have any hope of protecting women and unborn children under law from abortions. Full story at LifeNews.com
As videos featuring four different Planned Parenthood centers engaged in assisting alleged sexual traffickers in getting abortions for underage girls, the Virginia legislature has killed a package of pro-life bills designed to protect women and unborn children. As it has in previous years, the Virginia state Senate Education and Health Committee killed bills that would give legal status to "unborn children," help women find abortion alternatives and regulate abortion centers.
