Obama Campaign Speech: No Compromise on Abortion Mandate
During a campaign stop in Denver, Colorado with pro-abortion activist Sandra Fluke, pro-abortion President Barack Obama refused to back down on the HHS mandate his administration put in place forcing religious groups to cover abortion-causing drugs.

Let me tell you there s nothing conservative about a government that prevents a woman from making her own health decisions, he said. Let me tell you something, Denver I don t think your boss should control the care you get, Obama added, referring to the desire by religious groups to not be forced to violate their own consciences. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/08/08/obama-campaign-speech-no-compromise-on-abortion-mandate/

Komen President Resigns, Still Funding Planned Parenthood
With rally attendance and financial support down across the country because it has resumed funding the Planned Parenthood abortion business, the Komen for the Cure group saw its president resign and it s founder taking over.

As the Wall St. Journal reports: Susan G. Komen for the Cure shook up its top ranks Wednesday, announcing the resignation of its president and creating a new figurehead role for its founder, even as it looked to fill other senior positions in the wake of a controversial decision involving Planned Parenthood. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/08/08/komen-president-resigns-still-funding-planned-parenthood/

Pro-Abortion Rally Promises Thousands to Combat War on Women
A pro-abortion group We Are Woman is working with some of the leading players in the abortion industry for a rally in the nation s capital in two weeks that it says will bring thousands of abortion activists to town.

In two weeks, a grassroots organization called We Are Woman will bring thousands of women, men, and children from across the United States to Washington for a national rally in support of women s rights, illustrating the power of women and their allies to fight back against what can only be described as a national war on women, the group announced. The rally will take place on the West Lawn of the Capitol from 11am-4pm. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/08/08/pro-abortion-rally-promises-thousands-to-combat-war-on-women/

Abortion Doc Who Kills Ugly Black Babies, a Democrat Donor
The abortion practitioner who is getting national attention for telling pro-life advocates that his abortions help rid the world of ugly, black babies turns out to be a prominent Democratic Party donor.

The doctor in the video, apparently, is an active political donor, giving almost all his money to Democrats, notes Tim Carney, of the Washington Examiner.

Planned Parenthood Behind Philippines Two-Child Policy Proposal
Planned Parenthood has never been an outspoken opponent of the one-child policy in China, which includes forced abortions and other human rights abuses. Perhaps that explains why it is apparently pushing a similar two-child policy in the Philippines.

Rita Diller, of the STOPP Planned Parenthood group, provides more details about how the abortion business is pushing the policy in the Asian nation.

The tragic death of 24-year old Tonya Reaves from injuries received during an abortion at a Chicago Planned Parenthood clinic underscores the need for federal and state investigations into the abortion giant, but also highlights the urgent need for abortion clinics to be held to the same medical and regulatory standards as other facilities performing outpatient surgeries. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/08/08/botched-abortion-death-shows-abortion-clinics-not-accountable/
