The Centers for Disease Control released its national abortion report on
Friday and the new figured show the number of abortions in the United
States has declined to a historic low. From 2010 to 2011, the total
number and rate of reported abortions decreased 5%.

a selfless act, a mother from Aurora, Colo., made a decision during
childbirth that put the life of her unborn baby son before her own. That
decision ultimately ended her life while saving her seven-pound,
four-ounce “miracle.”

In a tragic case out of Pennsylvania, an expectant mother was his by a
vehicle and killed while she was standing outside a drug store.
Thankfully, doctors were able to save her unborn baby, who was born
alive after the accident.

After eight years of infertility, Ashley and Tyson Gardner found out
they were pregnant with quadruplets. The Gardners are from Pleasant
Grove, Utah, and an ultrasound showed that their babies were two sets of
