Pro-Life Greg Abbott Defeats Abortion Champion Wendy Davis for Governor In Texas
Attorney General Greg Abbott will be the next Governor of Texas, defeating abortion champion Wendy Davis. Abbott, a longtime pro-life supporter, had the backing of pro-life groups. In what may have been one of the most slimy campaign ads ever to air, Davis attacked Abbott by running an ad with an empty wheelchair that takes a shot at Abbott, who is confined to one.

Pro-Life Cory Gardner Defeats Pro-Abortion Mark Udall in Colorado
After a campaign in which even liberal newspapers and Democratic votes grew tired of mark Udall’s constant false attacks on Cory Gardner, the pro-life candidate prevailed in Colorado’s Senate race. Gardner defeated the pro-abortion candidate by a health margin after half of Udall’s ads falsely claimed Gardner opposed birth control and would put women in jail because he opposes abortions.
