We have some exciting news to share with you! Mary's Shelter is
participating in the Community Give Campaign and is currently entered in
a contest where views and shares of our newly-released video are
tracked and the group with the most "hits" on their video is eligible
to win funds for their non-profit organization.
Please take a moment to view the attached video of our little ones
at Mary's Shelter and share it with your friends! If you have a
Facebook or Twitter account you can post it with the hashtag #Give15.
Or email it to friends with the YouTube video attached and those views
will count too. All views can help so much and we are ever grateful for
your support!
The Community Give is
The Community Foundation's 24-hour online day of giving event to benefit
local nonprofits. Last year 5,000 people gave nearly $450,000,
sponsors provided $100,000 in prizes, and EVERY nonprofit received a
donation! This year's event is scheduled for May 5, 2015 and is expected to be even bigger! More information about the event will be shared with you in the coming weeks.
