(Agenzia Fides) – The National Association of Catholic Doctors of Peru has criticized the Health Minister Oscar Ugarte, who intends to distribute the so-called morning after pill, through a ministerial resolution that violates the rule of law, ignoring the rule of the Constitutional Court which prohibits distribution of this abortion pill.
