Every human life is a blessing-right down to the tiniest. But teaching people to understand this is a monumental task. Using language and terminology that ensure personhood rights for everyone-both born and preborn-will help people see the humanity in every created individual. Today's commentary examines how even the tiniest of lives can be manipulated-and destroyed-in the name of science, and reflects upon what can be done to change this mindset before it becomes epidemic.

Kansas reverses decision, grants 11th-hour license to Planned Parenthood

Only hours before new regulations were to take effect, news emerged late Thursday afternoon that Kansas officials have reversed their decision to deny Planned Parenthood a license to perform abortions, granting one last haven for abortions in the state. The news of the reversal dampened the celebrations of pro-life advocates, who had expected Kansas to become the United States' first abortion-free state when the regulations took effect Friday.

Responding to the undercover sting that reveals they are deceiving the public and lawmakers into believing they are vital to poor women's health, Planned Parenthood issued an embarrassing statement that "just because there are other providers does not mean they offer the same patient-friendly hours, are accepting new Medicaid patients or offer the same services that PPIN offers."  
Abortion group defrauds government, suffers no consequences

Committing fraud against the federal government can sometimes mean getting a pass -- especially when it's an abortion-provider. Despite alleged misuse of federal funds, Planned Parenthood continues to receive more than $360 million annually in taxpayer money, compliments of Congress. Paul Rondeau, director of communications for American Life League (ALL), says that does not make sense.
