Poll: 56% Take Pro-Life Abortion Position, 80% Want More Limits
As the United States is weeks away from marking the tragic 40th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion on demand throughout pregnancy, new polling data shows 80 percent of Americans want more limits on abortions.

Stop Funding Planned Parenthood, Does 1 Abortion Every 94 Seconds
A leading pro-life members of Congress who is behind legislation to revoke taxpayer funding for the Planned Parenthood abortion business is not happy about the new annual report it released. Planned Parenthood s numbers reveal it does one abortion every 94 seconds.

92% of Pregnant Women at Planned Parenthood Get Abortions
Yesterday, LifeNews broke the story about the new annual report the Planned Parenthood abortion business released, showing it did a record number of abortions during 2011-2012.
Today, the Susan B. Anthony List broke some of the figures down further. They show 92 percent of pregnant women going to Planned Parenthood get abortions while a handful get prenatal support or adoption referrals. Shocking Photos Show Disgusting Conditions at Abortion Clinic
A local television station is running shocking photos of the disgusting conditions at a newly-closed abortion clinic in Michigan.
As LifeNews reported earlier this month, the Muskegon Fire Department has posted closure notices on the Women s Medical Services in Muskegon, Michigan, and boarded up the abortion clinic until further notice. We ran photos showing the closure notice, dated December 26, 2012. British Court May Force Mentally Disabled Woman to Have Abortion
A team of doctors in the United Kingdom are seeking an urgent ruling from the Court of Protection allowing them to forcibly abort the child of a woman they deem unfit to make the decision herself.
The woman, whose name has been withheld, has sickle cell disease, and she has already suffered from multiple strokes due to the condition. Pope Benedict Criticizes Efforts to Legalize Abortions
Although clearly a pro-choice advocate, Kate Pickert in the January 14 Time Magazine cover story, What Choice? admits that the pro-choice cause is in crisis.
In the article, Pickert says there is a rebellion going on within the abortion rights cause, pitting younger feminists against the old-time leaders who were in their 20 s and 30 s when the battle began with Roe. But now, she says, these leaders are out of touch with the problem of state laws that curtail abortion while polls are showing abortion acceptance dwindling.
