House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosis comments that defending late-term abortions is sacred ground to her was apparently the last straw for a national organization of Catholic priests active in pro-life work.
As a practicing and respectful Catholic, this is sacred ground to me when we talk about this. I dont think it should have anything to do with politics, she continued saying about the bill to ban late-term abortions after 20 weeks. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
The Independent Payment Advisory Board is set to go into action later this year. The IPAB is a Medicare cost-cutting board of experts legally possessing the power to impose its advise, even over the desires of Congress or the president.
It has been derisively referred to as a death panel because so many have called for it to have health care rationing powers and because its decisions could result in cost-cutting measures that deny lifesaving medical treatment. The Independent Payment Advisory Board was one of the most controversial parts of the Obamacare legislation mainly because it puts 15 unelected strangers in charge of health decisions for most Americans. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
A mother in New Zealand has rejected calls from her doctor and medical professionals to have an abortion of her disabled baby.
From the stage at the recent Women Deliver conference, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clintons daughter Chelsea revealed that her much-admired maternal grandmother was the child of unwed teenage parents who did not have access to services that are so crucial that Planned Parenthood helps provide.
Chelseas grandmother was born of an unintended pregnancy. And new research shows that her family is not alone in treasuring a person who if Planned Parenthood had been successful would not have been born. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Childrens physical disabilities are all too often a reason for parents to decide to have an abortion, but sometimes parents choose life and then the miracle of modern technology takes over.
That is the case for a three-year-old boy who is now hearing the world and his father for the first time thanks to an auditory brain stem implant. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
The only disability in life is a bad attitude.
After her Thursday afternoon press conference, pro-abortion Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi shut down a reporters question on abortion.
This afternoon, the New York State Assembly passed the pro-abortion Womens Equality Act by a margin of 97 to 47. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
New York Times, Mainstream Media Botch Coverage of Late-Term Abortion Ban
The mainstream media once again botched its coverage of abortion this time the ban on late-term abortions. While most Americans support banning abortions from 20 weeks up to birth, media outlets make it appear as if Republicans and pro-lifers are the extremists rather than Democrats. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Operation Rescue has learned that troubled abortionist Harold O. Alexander is operating an unlicensed abortion business in Maryland in violation of licensing requirement regulations passed last year. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Howard Dean, the former Vermont governor who came very close to capturing the Democratic nomination in 2004 instead of John Kerry, says he is open to another try in 2016. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
The U.S Fifth Circuit Court (in New Orleans) has once again overturned a block from a liberal judicial activist that was keeping Texas from enforcing a Pro-Life rule disqualifying abortion providers and affiliates from the state-run Womens Health Program (WHP). http://www.lifenews.com/2013/

A Muslim, a Catholic, a Protestant and a Jew walk into a bar this could be the set-up for a good joke, but you better not tell it at the Huffington Post. Those four thirsty monotheists and others like them are destroying the human race by fostering overpopulation according to HuffPo, and theres nothing funny about that. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
