Were there to be no support in the whole history of ethical and moral thought, were there no acknowledged confirmation from medical science, were the history of legal opinion to the contrary, we would still have to conclude on the basis of God's Holy Word that the unborn child is a person in the sight of God. He is protected by the sanctity of life graciously given to each individual by the Creator, Who alone places His image upon man and grants them any right to life which they have.

From 40 Days For Life: DAY 10: "Nothing to do with that baby or you!"
Laurie
in Bremerton, Washington noticed a woman sitting on the step outside
the Planned Parenthood abortion facility, head buried in her hands, and
beckoned her over.
Though
she didn't want an abortion, the baby's father told this expectant
mother he wanted nothing to do with "that baby or you."
In spite of the pressure to abort, the woman told Laurie, "I couldn't do it!"
Laurie exchanged contact information with her and provided information
on support, resources, and assistance to empower her throughout her
pregnancy--and beyond!
Abortion supporters talk a lot about a woman's "right to choose" abortion.
But those carefully crafted talking points ignore the peer-reviewed academic research showing that nearly two thirds of post-abortive women "felt pressured to abort."
Schenectady, New York
Diane
in Schenectady met a teenage girl whose mother had brought her to
Planned Parenthood for an abortion. Interestingly, the teen's mother
said that her daughter "wanted an abortion...but that she did not want to abort the baby."
As the conversation continued, the teen admitted that it was her boyfriend who wanted the abortion.
Diane spoke of the devastation abortion causes women and gave her information, but they entered Planned Parenthood anyway.
To Diane's delight, the young mother left 15 minutes later, announcing that she had chosen life and was headed for a nearby health clinic that does NOT provide abortions!

in Greenville reports another young mother who went to Planned
Parenthood--again because her boyfriend wanted her to have an abortion.
Ultimately, the young mom left with her own mother without having an abortion. The boyfriend went home alone.

ultrasound and following up with a bold spirit of truth, love and
perseverance.
