Were there to be no support in the whole history of ethical and moral thought, were there no acknowledged confirmation from medical science, were the history of legal opinion to the contrary, we would still have to conclude on the basis of God's Holy Word that the unborn child is a person in the sight of God. He is protected by the sanctity of life graciously given to each individual by the Creator, Who alone places His image upon man and grants them any right to life which they have.

Planned Parenthood fails in legal attack on San Mateo pro-lifer

"Strained and fantastic interpretations"

Planned Parenthood Golden Gate has lost a bid to banish sidewalk counselors outside its abortion business in San Mateo -- although the court battle is not over, Life Legal Defense Foundation reports.

Following a trial in San Mateo Superior Court on February 4 and 5, Judge Elizabeth Lee ruled that Planned Parenthood had failed to prove that longtime pro-life advocate Ross Foti had violated an injunction restricting his activities outside the Planned Parenthood facility, Life Legal Defense said in a statement after the decision.
